By finalizing your payment and submitting an order on our Ampere website, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
All orders are processed, packed and shipped from our distribution centers in Hong Kong or Shenzhen. Orders are packed within 72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an order is placed for a pre-sale item or a back-ordered item, your entire order will be shipped when the item is back in stock. We will notify you via email when your order is on the way.
COVID-19 Shipping Status
We are currently operating under normal shipping conditions. All in-stock orders will ship from our warehouse between 1-2 business days. Our shipping partners are maintaining delivery services, but due to a reduced number of international flights leaving Hong Kong and Shenzhen, packages may take an extra 2-5 days on top of the estimated delivery timelines as listed below.
The safety of our staff and shipping partners is vital, and we are taking all precautionary measures to keep team members safe while we safely package and ship your order.
We ship to almost every country. Once your shipment arrives in your country, it will be handed off to your local mail carrier.
United States and Canada Shipping
Packages shipping to the continental United States and Canada usually arrive 4-15 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time to the continental United States and Canada is 7 business days.
Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas. Once your order arrives in the US, most shipments are sent through USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. The carrier always depends on the size of your order and your location.
EU and UK Shipping
Packages shipping to the UK and most European countries usually arrive 4-16 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time to the UK and most northern European countries is 7 business days. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas.
Australia and New Zealand Shipping
Packages shipping to Australia and New Zealand countries usually arrive 3-15 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time to the Australia and New Zealand is 5 business days. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas.
Packages shipping to Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia) usually arrive 1-15 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer. The average shipping time to Asia is 5 business days. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas.
For other countries not listed above, it may take 7-20 business days and sometimes take as long as 3-6 weeks — it all depends on your country, region and your order placed. Unfortunately we can't give a more defined timeframe for you, due to the complicated nature of international shipping.
Once your Ampere order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.
Issues with Order Tracking
If you lost your tracking number or didn’t receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members can help. Please allow 2-4 business days
If you have your tracking information but want more information about your package in transit, please be aware that our team will only have the same tracking information that you have. Please also be aware that it can take 2-4 business days before your tracking number will show an update.
To resolve issues of your package in transit, please first try to contact the carrier directly. But of course, our team is always here if you need a sounding board.
International Customs Fees and Duties
Some countries apply customs fees, taxes and other additional costs on shipments received from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. These fees associated with your purchase are the responsibility of you, the customer. Unfortunately, these are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. Ampere is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. If an order is refused by a customer due to customs fees, the parcel will be held for two weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Ampere is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
Our delivery times may change depending on the time of the year (e.g. Black Friday sales), holiday periods, weekends and severe weather (e.g. heavy snow in some cities). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
Ampere does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
All our prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
